Our products are primarily used by automobile manufacturers. Meanwhile, we possess independent R&D and design capabilities, and can provide professional solutions and customized services based on the specific types of automotive lamps our customers need to produce. These services include a full suite of offerings, such as the design, layout, installation and commissioning of entire production lines.
All of our automatic automotive lamp assembly lines are independently developed, with our self-developed visual software system being a standout feature—it delivers accurate judgment, fast operation speed and high production efficiency. It is worth noting that our focusing method is improved based on German technology. By adopting fixed-station focusing with a unified reference, we achieve even higher focusing accuracy.
Focus has its own professional design team. The core technical members of our team, all formerly from OSRAM (a world-renowned lighting company), have extensive experience in the field of automotive lamp assembly. The team has obtained a number of invention patents and utility model patents. As a high-tech enterprise in Guangdong Province, 6 of our products have also been certified as “High-tech Products of Guangdong Province”.
