FSFOCUS — On April 13, 2026, FSFOCUS held a dedicated technical meeting to review machining methods, precision standards, and manufacturing processes for Mount Making Machine spare parts. The closed-door session brought together the company’s R&D and production teams to align on critical upgrades supporting the newly launched 2026 Capsule Production Line for halogen bulb manufacturing.

Uncompromising Precision for Every Mount Making Machine Component

“Every Mount Making Machine component must meet uncompromising geometric and surface finish requirements,” said the CEO of FSFOCUS. “Our goal is to ensure that the new Capsule Production Line runs at high speed without any drop in accuracy or mechanical stability.”

The FSFOCUS R&D and production teams confirmed that all process upgrades will be fully integrated into mass production by Q2 2026. The enhanced Mount Making Machine parts are expected to significantly reduce vibration-induced errors — a key factor in high-speed halogen capsule assembly.

Stability, Precision, and Advanced Cooling Drive Industry Interest

With the three core strengths — Stability, Precision, and Advanced Cooling — FSFOCUS’s 2026 Capsule Production Line, currently in R&D and production, has already generated significant industry interest. FSFOCUS reaffirmed that precision in every capsule component is the foundation for reliable, high-output halogen bulb manufacturing.

“Speed without precision is useless,” added Mr. Li Wei, CEO of FSFOCUS. “Today’s meeting ensures our customers get both — seamlessly.”
