On December 27, 2025, to accurately meet customers’ needs for high-quality production development and enhance their teams’ practical operation capabilities of the visual focusing system, the professional technical team of Focus Automation successfully conducted an on-site specialized training session at the customer’s premises. The customer attached great importance to this training, with participants covering decision-makers, production executives, and quality control personnel comprehensively, including the factory director, production line supervisors, and all staff of the quality control department, who joined the learning and exchange session.

With the core philosophy of “Theoretical Foundation + Practical Empowerment + Targeted Q&A”, the training content was tailor-made to ensure that knowledge transfer is both professional and practical. In the theoretical explanation session, the technical lecturers of our company analyzed the core principles of the visual focusing system in a simple and easy-to-understand way, combined with industry application cases. Starting from the basics of optical imaging, the logic of focusing algorithms, and the working mechanism of core system components, the session helped participants establish a systematic theoretical understanding and grasp the key role of visual focusing technology in improving production precision and efficiency.

Every operation step, from parameter setting, calibration, image acquisition optimization to system linkage debugging, was explained in detail and demonstrated repeatedly. This ensured that frontline operators such as production line supervisors could master debugging skills proficiently and enhance their ability to handle various focusing problems in actual production.

In the Q&A and discussion session, participants actively raised questions based on their respective job responsibilities. The technical team of our company gave detailed answers to various questions, including the factory director’s concern about “how to improve the overall production qualification rate through the visual focusing system”, the production line supervisors’ inquiry about “optimizing the system’s focusing stability under complex working conditions”, and the quality control staff’s interest in “the collaborative connection between visual inspection and manual quality control”. In addition, the team conducted in-depth discussions with on-site personnel, sorted out the pain points of quality improvement in the production process together, and put forward targeted optimization solutions.
