Headlight Halogen bulb production line | H1 Automatic Assemble

* Function Description:
1.Our H1 vision system detects the capsule’s direction and air leakage via image capture; if it has no air leakage, proceed to the next process.
2.The system adjusts the capsule to a uniform direction by rotating them, then continues conveying them to the next station.

The H1 Capping & Focusing All-in-One Machine is a multi-process integrated equipment that integrates loading, assembly, welding, focusing and other processes. It features a compact structural design and high production efficiency. FSFOCUS‘s independently developed visual focusing system adopts imported high-definition cameras, boasting high pixel density and excellent focusing accuracy.

* Function Description:
1.Capping turntable (Turntable A): After Base are fed via a vibratory feeder, a robotic arm inserts Capsule into the Base, and the lamp pins are welded to the Base using resistance welding.
2.Focusing turntable (Turntable B): Ring fitment are fed through a vibratory feeder. The welded Base are inserted into the Ring fitment. Based on input information from the vision system, a servo motor controls 5-axis movement to accurately align the filament part of the bulb with the set parameters（e,h1,h2). Finally, laser welding is used to complete the assembly.

* Function Description:
The H1 Final Inspection Machine is designed to detect the full-dimensional parameters of bulb, which are crucial for assessing whether a halogen bulb complies with E.C.E. (Economic Commission for Europe) standards. Since different bulb models have varying requirements for focus dimensions, we customize the design based on customers’ specific needs. FSFOCUS Final Inspection Machine will conducts dimensional testing (e,f,g,h1,h2) on the final finished products to ensure the bulb meet the standards set by you.

* Here are three H1 halogen bulb automatic marking options for you:
Laser marking/Inject printing/Pad printing

* Function Description:
The H1 halogen bulb during the vision inspection is completed by marking [brand name, part number, specification, date of manufacture, origin, and other customer requirements] on the surface of the BASE according to the input value.

Finished products are automatically discharged onto trays, available in unloading modes such as Belt conveyor and Tray unloading.
