H3 Halogen headlight assembly line

The H3 Capping & Focusing All-in-One Machine is a multi-process integrated equipment that integrates loading, assembly, welding, focusing and other processes. It features a compact structural design and high production efficiency. FSFOCUS’s independently developed visual focusing system adopts imported high-definition cameras, boasting high pixel density and excellent focusing accuracy.

* Function Description:
1.Capping turntable (Turntable A): After Base are fed via a vibratory feeder, a robotic arm inserts Capsule into the Base, and the long one lamp pins are welded to the Base using resistance welding.
2.Focusing Turntable (Turntable B): Base plate are fed through a vibratory feeder. The welded Base are inserted into the Base Plate. Based on input information from the vision system, a servo motor controls 5-axis movement to accurately align the filament part of the bulb with the set parameters（e,h1,h3). Finally, laser welding is used to complete the assembly.

After the Wire of H3 are fed via a vibratory feeder, a robotic arm clamps them, threads them through the shorter lamp pin of the Base, and then resistance welding is applied for soldering.

* Function Description:
The finished product during the vision inspection is completed by marking [brand name, part number, specification, date of manufacture, origin, and other customer requirements] on the surface of the BASE according to the input value.

Finished products are automatically discharged onto trays, available in unloading modes such as Belt conveyor and Tray unloading.
