How long is the warranty period provided after equipment delivery? What if a malfunction occurs within the warranty period?

We provide a 1-year free warranty. During the warranty:

① Free maintenance, part replacement and on-site service for failures due to equipment’s inherent quality defects;

② 9:00-18:00 CST time after-sales hotline, general issues solved within 1 hour, major failures handled via remote debugging, on-site engineer dispatch if remote resolution fails (overseas regions negotiable separately).
