Frequently Asked Questions
  • Will you provide operation training for our staff? What does the training cover?
    A
    We provide free custom operation training for two groups:
    Operators: Equipment start/stop, daily operation, material change, basic troubleshooting (e.g., alarm handling) for independent production capability;
    Maintenance staff: Daily upkeep (lubrication, cleaning), part replacement (e.g., sensors, cylinders) and software parameter adjustment.
  • How long is the warranty period provided after equipment delivery? What if a malfunction occurs within the warranty period?
    A
    We provide a 1-year free warranty. During the warranty:
    ① Free maintenance, part replacement and on-site service for failures due to equipment's inherent quality defects;
    ② 9:00-18:00 CST time after-sales hotline, general issues solved within 1 hour, major failures handled via remote debugging, on-site engineer dispatch if remote resolution fails (overseas regions negotiable separately).
  • Can the degree of automation of the assembly line be selected? For example, can some processes be manual while others are automated?
    A
    We’ll recommend the optimal automation level based on your budget, production capacity and product complexity:
    Fully automated: Unmanned full process (loading, assembly, inspection, unloading) – ideal for large-batch, stable production.
    Semi-automated: Automated core processes with manual auxiliary work (e.g., loading) – suitable for small-batch production.
  • What is a non-standard automated assembly line? What are its differences from standard equipment?
    A
    Non-standard automated assembly lines are custom-built for your specific products, processes, workshop layouts and capacity requirements, with no uniform standard models. Unlike the universal, fixed-spec standard equipment that only fits conventional scenarios, our core strength customization on demand perfectly resolves the personalized production pain points that standard equipment cannot address.
